How to Use

Smooth & blur skin with or without makeup

Glide the spatula lightly across the top of balm. Dot with fingertips and massage into skin. A little goes a long way. Use a rice-sized amount for the whole face.

Can be used alone or with makeup. Apply after SPF, before any makeup. Suitable for use on face, eye and lips. Replace the lid tightly after each use.

Q&A

The product has pulled away from the edges of the container Does that mean it's dried out and I should not use it?
A slight separation from the edges of the container can occur naturally over time and does not necessarily indicate that the product has dried out. If the texture, scent, and application remain consistent, you can still use it. However, if you notice any dryness, crumbling, or a change in scent, we would recommend discontinuing use.
I have been using this after silk cream. When I put makeup on after the primer, I get little balls of product coming off my skin. Can you help me figure out what's happening and how to fix it?
Make sure that any serum, moisturizer, or sunscreen has had a chance to dry down fully before applying The Silk Canvas. Also, make sure you are applying it gently with your fingertips, not a sponge or a brush. You can also try pressing it on the skin instead of swiping, which will most definitely stop any pilling from occurring. After the Silk Canvas is applied over the skin, use a brush to apply your foundation.
Can you use a brush to apply instead of your hands
The Silk Canvas is recommend to be applied by hand due to the texture of the formulation.
What is the base of this primer? Silicone, Water, Oil? I want to know what makeup to use with it.

If I typically use a tinted sunscreen, would i apply the primer before or after?
Great question. Typically the primer would be over your sunscreen if you are applying makeup afterwards, but if you are not applying makeup, you can apply the primer first and then the tinted sunscreen afterwards.
