Try Before You Buy Program Terms and Conditions
By selecting the option to try an eligible Tatcha product for 30 days and placing an order for such product, you agree to enroll in Tatcha’s Try Before You Buy program (the “Program”) and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Requirements
To enroll in the Program and to receive a Product, you must:
- Sign up for and maintain an active Tatcha account; and
- Maintain an active credit card on file in your Tatcha account. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card account information, expiration dates and shipping address, so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.
How It Works
Only select Tatcha products are eligible for the Program. To receive a product eligible for the Program (the “Product”), you must pay a $5.00 USD deposit per Product. We will charge the credit card you use to pay the deposit for the full price of the Product minus the deposit (the “Balance”), 30 days after you place your order for the Product. We will not charge you the Balance if you: (a) initiate a Product return within 30 days after you place the Product order, (b) print the return label to process the Product return within 30 days after you place the initial Product order, and (c) return the Product such that we receive it within 35 days after you complete the initial Product order. Despite the foregoing, Tatcha reserves the right to charge the Balance if the Product has been damaged or has substantially been used at Tatcha’s sole and absolute discretion. The Balance is subject to applicable taxes.
You may only try one Product at a time per account.
Tatcha reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity or discontinue any Product from the Program; (ii) impose conditions on the honoring of any promotional code or other similar promotion in conjunction with the Program; (iii) bar any user from participating in the Program; and (iv) refuse to provide any user with a Product. The Program terms are subject to change at any time. To the extent permitted by appliable law, any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting to the Tatcha website.
Your participation in the Program is also subject to Tatcha’s Terms of Use; in the event of a conflict between these Program Terms and the Terms of Use, these Program Terms will control.
