Does nothing

"I am 33 but I have always had really bad undereye circles. I love Tatcha, sadly their eye products just do nothing, besides The Pearl, that was the best undereye product ever made. This one was so bad i couldn't even put concealer on over it, it was so sticky feeling and it was like it didnt absorb. The silk peony I put on the night before and at least its smooth in the morning this one was still sticky. My dark circles looked worse than before I started using it, went back to my other brand of eye cream. Bring back The Pearl!"

The smell is from the active ingredients

"I don’t mind the smell. Same smell as the brightening serum. Both are effective yet gentle and neither bother me even though I’m very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances and have very sensitive eyes. I reordered the serum thru a QVC special and will reorder the eye cream once that runs out."
