Irritation, puffy eyes, be careful
"I was not going to write this review, but I decided to because of the attitude the customer service team had. This eye cream gave me really bad irritations. Red puffy eyes, dried patchy skin, lots of discharge from both eyes, and they were also super itchy. The damage is not irreversible. Especially around your eyes. Be careful. Rather than making my eye area look brighter, it made it darker after all. If you thought these pictures don’t look too bad, these are about one week after the occurrence. So my eyes were healing already. Because I was in shock and so devastated that I deleted all the photos of my crazy eyes from my phone. It took about 10 days for my eyes to heal, and for the first 3 days or so, people asked me what was wrong with my eyes because they looked so bad like I got punched in my face. That was how bad it was. I gave two tries to this cream. Because at first, I wasn’t sure if it was the eye cream. I don’t like to blame products for what could’ve been environmental or stress. But after the second use, I’ve confirmed it’s indeed this eye cream. Be careful when you use this product especially if you have sensitive skin. I’ve NEVER EVER had any kind of reactions like this in my life. And I’ve tried A LOT of products. The customer care team could’ve simply said “sorry it didn’t work out for you and we’ll see what we can do” without going on “our formulas are created to be nice to skin…” blah blah… because it already happened to me and that’s the fact. I’ve even attached horrendous pictures for them to see. There was no simple acknowledgment, but an attitude."
